Nov 18, 2016 · Forgot to mention, my second hand boiler came with the plastic lock nuts replaced by metal KM8 nuts. I'm not sure they are needed. Probably that would enable you to tighten a bit more to overcome the curve of the boiler but an extra silicone washer cut from a baking tray would work better without stressing the components.

Years ago I attended the auction of a closed heat exchanger/ pressure vessel builder and picked up a good selection of mostly T.C. Wilson rollers. I have bought new ones also from T.C. Wilson.
